Al is a Senior Partner of Hospitality Financial Group. He has extensive experience in the structuring of commercial real estate transactions including senior debt placement, mezzanine financing, and equity investments. Al also has experience with the negotiation and resolution of non-performing credits. He prides himself on thinking “outside of the box” to look at potential solutions that are sometimes overlooked in the market. He has over 26 year’s financial services experience with previous employment at Wachovia, Premier Bank, BB&T, Park Avenue Bank, and Bank OZK. He served as the local Market President for a regional bank that saw growth within the market from zero to over $250M in assets.
Al holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia, a Graduate Degree from the ABA Stonier National Graduate School of Banking, and a graduate of The Southeastern School of Advanced Commercial Lending. Al is a former Chairman of the Henry County (GA) Chamber of Commerce, and also is a former Chairman of the Henry Council For Quality Growth.
Robert is a Senior Partner of Hospitality Financial Group. He has extensive experience in banking and finance, both in the US and internationally. Robert got his start with a state bank in Tennessee before spending over 15 years at CitiGroup serving in various markets in the Southeastern US all the way to Central and Eastern Europe. He now has over 25 years of financial services experience on multiple continents working closely with some of the best and brightest banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, and family funds. Robert enjoys helping small to mid-size business owners learn creative ways to take their businesses to the next level.
Robert holds a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a MBA from the Haslam College of Business at The University of Tennessee. He is licensed to sell commercial real estate in the state of Georgia and has partnerships in many other states. He is a former pastor of 5 years and has been on several boards.
Jason is a Senior Partner of Hospitality Financial Group and is entrusted with management oversight of the Mining and Energy Division. He spent the early part of his career in the aviation industry as a pilot before joining the senior management team that runs the global aviation entity. For 8 years prior to joining Hospitality Financial Group, Jason served as an officer of Almex Group, an elite equipment company servicing international businesses, where he oversaw the LATAM network and the mining communities that they serve. He is fluent in Spanish, well-versed in Latin-American cultures, and has centered his unique talents on building relationships with integrity and transparency both at home and abroad.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree from Moody Aviation and an MBA from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. He has more than 20 years of experience working in LATAM and has served on several aviation boards in addition to a non-profit for over 15 years. Jason believes in giving to others and living by a code of ethics that is honorable, inspirational, and all-encompassing.
